Project Details: Positioning Experiment for Carbon and Nitrogen Synergetic Emission Reduction in Rice Fields with Crop Rotation in the Waterlogged and Drought-Prone Areas of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences Institute of Plant Protection and Soil Fertilization.

Project Start Date: July 2023

Project Location: National Agricultural Environmental Observation Experiment Station in Qianjiang

Project Objective: With "Control of Carbon, Nitrogen, and Water" as the core, aim to minimize pollution from non-point sources and greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining stable crop yields.

Phase One: Installation of Power Supply System

The power supply system consists of 10 solar panels and five batteries, providing power to the ultrasonic anemometer and the main unit. To prevent the solar panels from affecting the main unit's testing, they are spaced 1.5 meters apart with an insertion depth of 0.8 meters into the field, and the first panel is positioned 13 meters from the base.

Phase Two: Installation of the Main Instrument

The main instrument consists of the analyzer's main unit and a water tank. The main unit is suspended in the middle of the crossbar of a three-legged support frame, with its bottom approximately 1.4 meters above the ground, while the water tank is positioned approximately 0.5 meters away from the main unit.
