1. Comprehensive Upgrades in Design and Performance

TheHT8800 Series Portable high-precision All-in-one analyzers have made remarkable progress in both appearance and internal structure. Below are some key improvements:


Optimized Pump Position: In the old design, the water pump was external, requiring users to add coolant when starting the device for the first time. The new design features an internal pump, eliminating the need for additional user operation and greatly enhancing ease of use.


Improved Gas Inlet System:

1. Internal Gas Pump: The gas pump, previously external, is now built inside the device.

2. Gas Pump Interface Adjustment: The old model provided only one inlet and one outlet at the gas intake end, while the new version adds a three-way switching valve, internal pump switch, an additional gas tube connector, and a float flow meter. This makes the integration between the gas inlet/outlet interface board and the flow meter tighter, ensuring more accurate data collection.

3. Gas Inlet/Outlet Relocation: The new HT8800 moves the gas inlet/outlet tubes to the bottom and rear of the device, avoiding the inconvenience caused by side or top gas lines in the old model, while ensuring no internal gas is displaced.


Internal/External Pump Switching Function: The new structure introduces a feature that allows for easy switching between the internal and external pumps, offering greater operational flexibility.


2. Technological Advancements in Internal Structure

In addition to the exterior upgrades, significant improvements have also been made to the internal structure:

· Multi-Pass Cell Optical Path: The optical path design in the new structure has been further optimized, ensuring more accurate and stable measurement data.

· Modular Design: The circuit boards and optical modules have been redesigned for easier installation and maintenance. The new version adopts a modular design, with the circuit board mounted on the optical module, which is installed upright. This improves vibration resistance and extends the equipment's lifespan.

· Removal of Cell Tube Heating: The new structure removes the heating feature for the cell tube, reducing overall power consumption and enhancing the device’s energy efficiency.
