In March of this year, the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Upgrades and Consumer Goods Recycling," with specific implementation plans in various fields being promptly issued and rapidly advanced. As an environmental monitoring enterprise,HealthyPhoton actively responds to the national call, facilitating the integration of equipment upgrades and environmental technology, and promoting green and low-carbon development.

Accelerating Policy Frameworks and Standards

Under the guidance of the central government and the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, in collaboration with 21 departments and units, has established an inter-ministerial joint meeting system to promote large-scale equipment upgrades and consumer goods recycling. The related policy framework has now been completed, with action plans covering equipment upgrades, consumer goods recycling, recycling utilization, and standards enhancement all being issued. This provides companies with clear technical specifications, aiding in the improvement of product quality and market competitiveness.

Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued the "Notice on Implementing the Financial Discount Policy for Equipment Upgrade Loans" (Finance [2024] No. 54), providing financial discount support for equipment upgrade loans, further promoting equipment upgrades and consumer goods recycling. This policy clarifies key details such as support scope, discount standards, and term conditions, offering loan discounts to eligible business entities, effectively reducing the financial burden on enterprises and accelerating the process of equipment upgrades.

A New Era in Environmental Monitoring Technology

Since the implementation of the policy, HealthyPhoton has launched a solution, completed two product upgrades, received two social honors, and promoted six product application projects, driving the development of environmental protection and the low-carbon economy through technological innovation.

In April, the open-path EC method NH₃-N₂O flux simultaneous observation system was launched, with high system integration capability, meeting the needs of various scenarios.

In the same month, HealthyPhoton independently developed instruments—the HT8600P Open-path CH₄ Analyzer and the HT8850R Industrial-grade High-precision GHG Analyzer—both underwent product upgrades, continuously improving environmental monitoring efficiency.

In 2024, driven by both policy guidance and market demand, HealthyPhoton deployed high-precision ecological gas analyzers in cities such as Nanjing, Ningbo, Changshu, Luancheng, Jinan, and Lanzhou.
