HealthyPhoton has launched a new-generation QCL driver that integrates a newly designed touchscreen UI, greatly facilitating user operation, usage, and measurement. The self-developed circuitry features extremely low current noise and minimal temperature drift. The driver module includes a heat-dissipation unit, TEC temperature control circuitry, and a low-noise current drive. It supports external analog signal modulation and displays real-time status monitoring on the integrated touchscreen. Considering the high cost of QCL chips, Haierxin has incorporated a specially designed maximum current soft-clamp function to prevent damage to the laser diode caused by excessive current under abnormal conditions. The driver also features multiple protection mechanisms to ensure chip safety. With its high integration, stability, and reliability, this product is suitable for a wide range of both laboratory-based and field-deployed QCL systems.
